Contest Rules

  • Appointments must be booked online by November 25, 2026.
  • The qualifying service must be completed by November 30, 2026.
  • The draw closes at the end of the day on November 30, 2026. Winners are announced on December 1, 2026.
  • The appointment must be completed to receive a ballot. Booking alone does not qualify.
  • Cancelled appointments, appointments rescheduled beyond November 30, 2026, and missed or uncompleted appointments do not receive a ballot.
  • Each qualifying completed appointment receives one ballot, sent by text to the mobile number on the booking. The ballot must be submitted by 11:59 PM on November 30, 2026 to be entered.
  • The draw category is set by the duration of the service booked: under 60 minutes, or 60 minutes or longer.
  • When multiple services are booked as one appointment, the total appointment duration decides the category.
  • The prize is a $100 or $500 gift certificate to curate your own FATE experience, depending on the draw, and is not redeemable for cash.
  • Winners are drawn at random from all submitted ballots and contacted using the contact information on their booking.
  • A selected entrant must correctly answer a skill-testing question before being confirmed as a winner.

Your next appointment could be the one.
